At VAPVA, we don’t just place remote workers — we build long-term careers. Our virtual assistants aren’t freelancers or temps. They’re full-time professionals who go through our certified training program, are integrated into real home service companies, and receive the support they need to thrive.

Whether they’re answering calls for an HVAC company in Florida or building estimates for an electrical business in California — our VAs are part of the team.

How We Support Our Team

Our VAs don’t work in isolation. We back them with structure, tools, and human support:

Full-time roles (160 hours/month — not gig work)

120 productive hours, 20 break hours, 20 hours of culture & training

Paid training in ServiceTitan, Go High Level, QuickBooks Online, and more

Ongoing coaching and check-ins with the VAPVA leadership team

Transparent monitoring — screen recording, activity tracking, and feedback

Access to team chats, video calls, and support from a dedicated Success Manager whenever they need help
