Are you a recruiting and placement agency?No, we are not a recruitment and placement agency. Recruitment and placement agencies, find you staff and typically charge a fixed fee up front to do it or charge a percentage, usually 10 to 15% of an employee’s first year salary as a fee for finding the person and all the expenses time and effort that go with that.

Are you a network of freelancers?No, we are not a network of freelancers. VAPVA employs a wide variety of experts on a full-time basis and then assigns them to VAPVA clients on either a half-time resource or full-time resource. There's no in-between, we don't do hourly, we don't do part-time, or as needed, we strictly provide full-time or half-time dedicated resources to growing businesses to hit their goals.

How do you charge?We charge a flat monthly fee for either a half-time resource or a full-time resource depending on the tasks that they're doing and the level of experience that they have on our team. For whatever reason along the way, you're not satisfied with the assigned dedicated or partially dedicated resource that you have, we’ll replace that resource with a new resource until you're happy, and any time that was lost we will rebate towards additional work.

How do you guarantee that the VAPVA candidate will do the work?How we guarantee that they're going to do the work is we use a project management system that can tie in with your project management system to monitor, all their tasks. Apart from that, every person who works with VAPVA is required to record all their meetings and transcribe all their meetings, and they’re required to run an app called Hubstaff on their computers, which monitors, their app activity, their click activity and even take screenshots every couple of minutes, so you can verify that they're doing the work that was agreed. At any time you want a copy of screenshots to check in on them, all you have to do is request it and we can send a report and screenshots in 48 hours or less.
